IT Project Manager (Japan)
GWS International is seeking an IT Project Manager to join for Japan region. GWS specializes in IT Infrastructure projects for client throughout South Korea and Japan. Our core business is new workplace setup, workplace move or expansion(relocation) and company integration or migration. The successful candidates will have an aptitude for all things IT related, be aware of local building codes in relation to IT, have broad experience in the Japanese IT industry, be professionally presentable and have a high moral personality.
GWS is getting recognized for consistent high quality IT solutions combining local awareness with the ability to communicate with IT HQ staff abroad and implement global IT standards in a local context.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the pre-sales effort for new projects
Design, price and propose projects for clients
Vendor Management
Client Site Management
IT System Design
Full responsibility for the project life cycle
Requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience in the IT Infrastructure installation field
At least 5 years’ Project Management experience in IT infrastructure related industry
Strong Japanese skills (Business to Native)
Strong English skills (Business to Native)
Strong Knowledge of IT infrastructure and desktop environments
Knowledge of office related network design and installation
Knowledge of structured cabling, server room design, UPS and HVAC preferred
Strong PC skills in Visio, Word, Excel, MS Project
CAD operator experience would be desirable.
PMP. Prince2 or similar industry standard Project Management qualifications would desired

TimHaahs is a multi-disciplined engineering and architectural design firm, providing planning and design services to create parking and mixed-use facilities. We specialize in developing unique designs and utilizing effective parking strategies to create attractive, vibrant, and sustainable communities and developments.
Zppos was founded in 1999 by Nick Swinmurn, who says that his initial inspiration came when he failed to find a pair of brown Airwalks at his local mall. That same year, Swinmurn approached Tony Hsieh and Alfred Lin with the idea of selling shoes online. Hsieh was initially skeptical, and almost deleted Swinmurn's voice mail. After Swinmurn mentioned that "footwear in the U.S. is a 40 billion dollar market and 5% of that is already being sold by paper mail order catalogs," Hsieh and Lin decided to invest $2 million through their investment firm Venture Frogs. The company was officially launched online in 1999 as "ShoeSite.com."
Founded in 2009, after graduating from the TechStars program, SendGrid developed an industry-disrupting, cloud-based email service to solve the challenges of reliably delivering emails on behalf of growing companies. Like many great solutions, SendGrid was born from the frustration of three engineers whose application emails didn’t get delivered, so they built an app for email deliverability. Today, SendGrid is responsible for sending billions of emails for some of the best and brightest companies in the world.
